Soy & Ginger Stir-Fry Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
    1 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
    1 tablespoon honey
    3cm piece ginger, peeled, grated
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 small red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped

    To make the stir-fry sauce, just combine all ingredients in a ceramic
    bowl.

    Add to your favorite stir-fry ingredients in the last few minutes of
    cooking. Ensure sauce boils and then serve.

    This sauce works great with beef stir fry.
